Gold & Diamond Jewellery Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation:

  • Assist customers in selecting gold and diamond
    jewellery based on their preferences, occasions, and budget. 
  • Promote gold and diamond collections, new arrivals,
    bridal jewellery, and customized designs to achieve sales targets. 
  • Explain gold purity (22K/18K), diamond quality (cut,
    color, clarity, carat), certifications, and craftsmanship details. 

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to
    encourage repeat purchases and referrals. 
  • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns related to
    gold and diamond jewellery purchases. 
  • Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure
    satisfaction and future engagement. 

3. Store Operations:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive display of
    gold and diamond jewellery. 
  • Ensure accurate billing, certification handling, and
    proper documentation of all transactions. 
  • Support inventory management, stock handling, tagging,
    replenishment, and visual merchandising. 

4. Market and Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on gold rates, diamond market trends, new
    designs, and industry standards. 
  • Educate customers on jewellery care, buy-back/exchange
    policies, repairs, and custom orders. 
  • Monitor competitor collections and pricing to remain
    competitive. 

5. Promotions and Marketing:

  • Actively participate in exhibitions, festive sales,
    promotions, and customer outreach programs. 
  • Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements in
    designs, pricing, and marketing strategies. 

6. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Store Manager and team members to
    achieve sales and service targets. 
  • Share customer insights, market trends, and sales feedback
    to support product planning and promotions. 

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in Business,
    Marketing, or a related field is an advantage. 
  • Experience:Prior retail sales experience required; experience in gold and diamond
    jewellery sales is preferred. 
  • Communication:Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to clearly explain product value
    and certifications. 
  • Sales Skills:Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-value retail
    environment. 
  • Customer Service:Strong customer-centric approach with effective problem-solving skills. 
  • Attention to Detail:Sound knowledge of gold purity, diamond grading, and jewellery
    presentation standards. 

Working Hours:

  • 10 hours per day
